Most tools on this site (PDF, image, text, and generator tools) run entirely inside your own browser. Your files never leave your device for those tools.
A small set of tools — video conversion, audio conversion, and video compression — are clearly labeled and send your file to secure processing infrastructure we operate for the sole purpose of performing that conversion. The file is processed automatically, returned to you as a download, and then deleted. We do not manually review, retain, sell, or share files submitted through these tools.
We use reputable third-party service providers to help operate parts of our website, including live chat support and secure cloud infrastructure for the processing tools described above. These providers only receive the minimum information needed to perform their function and are bound by their own privacy and security practices.
