Nexus Star Enterprises LLC ("Nexus Star," "we," "us," or "our") is an independent business offering digital subscription assistance, custom website development, homework help, vehicle history report assistance, and free online file utilities.
Nexus Star is not sponsored, endorsed, affiliated with, or officially partnered with Netflix, YouTube, Apple Music, F1 TV, Spotify, CARFAX, or any other third-party brand referenced on this site. All trademarks, logos, and brand names belong to their respective owners and are used solely to describe the services we offer access to.
You must be able to form a legally binding contract in your jurisdiction to use paid Services. Subscription and report services may require you to provide accurate information for order fulfillment.
The file conversion, compression, and generator tools on this site are provided "as is" for general convenience. Most tools process files locally in your browser and never transmit your files to us. A small number of tools (clearly marked) send your file to our processing infrastructure solely to perform the requested conversion, and the file is deleted immediately after the result is returned to you. We do not review, retain, or claim ownership of files you process through these tools.

Pricing for subscription assistance, custom website projects, homework help, and vehicle history report assistance is confirmed before purchase or by email quote. Availability of any third-party service is not guaranteed and may change based on the provider's own terms.
Custom website engagements, including any subdomain offered under v3xyservices.com or use of a customer-owned domain, are scoped individually by email. Domain registration costs for customer-owned domains are the customer's responsibility.
The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nexus Star Enterprises LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services, including any loss of data processed through our free tools.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
